These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by GlitchingNest ("we", "us", or "our"), a streamer room setup business operating in Austin, Texas. By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of services

GlitchingNest provides physical installation and configuration services for streaming and content creation rooms. Our services include but are not limited to lighting design, acoustic treatment, camera setup, cable management, desk modification, and backdrop installation. We do not provide ongoing IT support, internet service, or content creation coaching. All service descriptions on our website are subject to change based on room conditions discovered during the initial survey.

Pricing is fixed per package as listed on our Packages page, inclusive of labor and standard materials. Equipment sourced through our supplier network is billed at cost with no markup. Travel outside our standard 30-mile service radius may incur an additional flat fee disclosed before booking.

2. Booking and payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your build date. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work. For Studio packages, the balance may be split into two payments across 30 days upon request. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Work will not commence until the deposit has cleared.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled build date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is free if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of GlitchingNest and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

OBS scene collections, lighting presets, and wiring diagrams created for your specific build are provided for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of these configurations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our contact form to send spam, solicitations, or malicious content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, or supplier accounts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or behaves abusively toward our team.

5. Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that our installation work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Equipment warranties are passed through from the original manufacturer. We make no guarantees regarding streaming performance, audience growth, or income generated from your upgraded setup. Results vary based on content quality, consistency, platform algorithms, and market conditions.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlitchingNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, landlord disputes, or improper maintenance of equipment after handover. We strongly recommend reviewing your lease and obtaining landlord approval for any permanent modifications.

7. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
