We started because watching talented creators stream from hot garages with bad lighting felt like a waste.
GlitchingNest was founded in 2025 in Austin, Texas, by a small team of AV technicians, woodworkers, and former streamers who got tired of seeing talented creators broadcast from kitchen tables and unfinished garages. We believed that a broadcast-quality room should not require a general contractor, a five-figure budget, or three months of delays.
Our first build was for a friend in East Austin who had outgrown his closet setup but could not find anyone local who understood both lighting color temperature and OBS scene collections. We built him a dual-camera rig with acoustic panels and a sit-stand desk in a weekend. Word spread through Discord servers and Twitch chats. Within six months, we had built 47 rooms across Austin, Round Rock, and Cedar Park.
Today we are a team of three based in a small warehouse in Riverside. We do not outsource installation. We do not mark up equipment. And we do not leave until the room is live-ready. Every build comes with a fixed price, a 48-hour teardown-to-launch guarantee, and 30 days of post-launch support.
